In compliance with the Life Membership Guidelines which were approved by the General Assembly during the 23rd National Biennial Convention held at Surigao City on May 28, 2005, applicants are hereby published by the Commission on Membership.

If you are an applicant and not on the above list,  either  your application     
did not qualify, or the documents you have submitted does not fully support 
your application for Life Membership. In both cases, we have sent you an     
email to the address you have supplied informing you of the situation.          
Please be adviced not to send supporting documents via email.
