Dear Bro. Toots,
PLease be advised that a Compliant was filed
against you with regard to goods already paid by a certain Alumni Association at
the National Council, but were not delivered as agreed upon with you as the
supplier.
This Commission tried it's best searching
for your permanent address and contact number in order to serve your Notice, but
we failed, so finally, CoMe decided to serve your Formal Notice by Publication.
Attached are a copy of your Formal Notice from CoMe and details of the formal
Complaint filed by Bro. Rodolfo Salazar, Immediate Past Executive Vice President
of our organization.
And, pursuant to Rule C.3 of the Commission
on Membership's (CoMe) Rivised Rules on the Conduct of Preliminary
Investigation, as amended, you as "Respondent" is hereby advised within ten (10)
days upon receipt whereof, to submit your counter-affidavit, answer or
refutation of the complaint, together with all your supporting evidences, as
well as testimonies of your witnesses.
